1What Brushee is

Brushee is a tooth-brushing coach for children aged 6–12. It uses the front camera to follow the child's face and toothbrush and to guide them through a dentist-recommended brushing routine.

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of Brushee ("we") covering your use of the app. By installing or using the app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the app.

Brushee is meant to be set up and managed by a parent or guardian. If you are under the age required to enter a contract where you live, please have a parent or guardian review these terms with you.

2Not a medical device

Brushee is not a medical device. It provides general tooth-brushing guidance and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

It does not verify that teeth have been brushed clean. It guides method and visualises coverage; it cannot assess individual tooth surfaces. Always consult a dentist for any oral-health concern. Do not delay seeking professional advice because of anything the app shows you.

3Subscriptions

What you get

The core app is free: the full camera-guided brushing routine (all four mouth areas, the chewing surfaces and the tongue), the monster, stars and streaks, the basic progress report, and daily reminders. No subscription is needed to brush.

Brushee Plus is an optional subscription that adds parent features: detailed trends and zone advice, the brushing coach, multiple children, the weekly parent report, a second reminder if a day is missed, milestone certificates, a recorded message for your child, CSV export and report sharing.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, the length is shown in the app before you subscribe. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription and you are charged the price shown at that time.

Price, renewal and billing

• The price and billing period are shown in the app before you confirm, and are charged through your Google Play account.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• The charge is made through Google Play within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Prices may change. We will give notice in advance through Google Play and in the app, as required.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: Google Play app → Menu → Subscriptions → Brushee → Cancel

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current period — you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Google Play, and refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy — not by us. We cannot issue, approve or refuse refunds ourselves, and we never have access to your payment details. Refund requests go through Google Play.

Restoring a subscription

Subscriptions are tied to your Google Play account, not to a device. Installing Brushee on another device signed in with the same Google Play account restores the subscription automatically.

Unlock codes

We may issue an unlock code that grants free permanent access. Such codes are personal, are given at our discretion, may not be resold or publicly shared, and may be invalidated if we find they have been distributed publicly.

4Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Brushee on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app;
• reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law says you may;
• bypass, disable or attempt to circumvent the subscription system;
• use the app in a way that breaks any applicable law.

5Requirements

You need a compatible Android device with a working front camera and sufficient light for the camera to see the child's face. The camera guidance will not work well in poor lighting, at unusual angles, or if the face is partly hidden — this is a limitation of the technology, not a defect.

6Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what the app does with your family's information. The camera picture never leaves the device.

7Availability and changes to the app

We may update, change or discontinue features. We do not promise that the app will always be available or error-free, nor that any particular feature will remain free or available.

If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and publish the revised version at this URL. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.

8Disclaimer of warranties

Brushee is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

10Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms — for example by attempting to circumvent the subscription system.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (mainland), and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms — including this clause — affects any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you live outside mainland China, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

1牙刷刷是什么

牙刷刷是一款面向 6–12 岁儿童的刷牙指导应用。它使用前置摄像头跟随孩子的面部与牙刷，引导孩子完成一套牙医推荐的刷牙流程。

本条款是你与牙刷刷开发者（下称「我们」）之间就使用牙刷刷应用达成的协议。安装或使用本应用即表示你接受本条款；如不接受，请卸载。

牙刷刷应由家长或监护人负责设置与管理。如果你尚未达到所在地订立合同所需的年龄，请让家长或监护人陪你一起阅读本条款。

2不是医疗器械

牙刷刷不是医疗器械。它只提供通用的刷牙方法引导，不诊断、不治疗、不预防任何疾病。

它不验证牙齿是否刷干净。它引导的是方法、可视化的是牙区覆盖，无法评估单个牙面的清洁程度。如有任何口腔健康问题，请务必咨询牙医。不要因为本应用显示的内容而拖延就医。

3订阅

订阅包含什么

核心功能免费：完整的摄像头引导刷牙流程（四个牙区、咬合面、舌头）、小怪兽与星星、基础进度报告、每日提醒，都不需要订阅。

Brushee Plus 是可选订阅，增加家长向功能：详细趋势与牙区建议、刷牙教练、多个宝宝、每周家长周报、漏刷补提醒、里程碑奖状、给孩子留句话、CSV 导出与报告分享。

免费试用

如提供免费试用，时长会在你订阅之前显示在应用内。若你在试用结束前没有取消，试用将转为付费订阅，并按当时显示的价格扣费。

价格、续费与扣款

• 价格与计费周期会在你确认之前显示在应用内，通过你的 Google Play 账号扣款。
• 订阅会自动续费，除非你在当期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
• 扣款发生在当期结束前 24 小时内，由 Google Play 执行。
• 价格可能调整。我们会按 Google Play 的要求，通过 Google Play 与应用内提前通知。

取消

你可以随时取消：Google Play 应用 → 菜单 → 订阅 → Brushee → 取消订阅

取消只会停止后续续费，不会退还当前周期的费用 —— 你仍可使用到已付费周期结束。

退款

所有付款均由 Google Play 处理，退款适用 Google Play 的退款政策，不由我们决定。我们无法自行发放、批准或拒绝退款，也从未接触过你的付款信息。退款申请请通过 Google Play 提出。

恢复订阅

订阅绑定在你的 Google Play 账号上，而不是某一台设备。在同一账号登录的另一台设备上安装牙刷刷，订阅会自动恢复。

解锁码

我们可能会发放用于免费永久使用的解锁码。此类码为个人所有、由我们酌情发放，不得转售或公开分享；一旦发现被公开传播，我们可能将其作废。

4使用许可

我们授予你一项个人、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，允许你在自己拥有或控制的设备上，为家庭个人非商业用途使用牙刷刷。你不得：

• 复制、出售、出租、再许可或再分发本应用；
• 逆向工程或试图提取源代码（法律允许的情形除外）；
• 绕过、禁用或试图规避订阅系统；
• 以违反任何适用法律的方式使用本应用。

5运行条件

你需要一台兼容的 Android 设备，具备可用的前置摄像头，且光线足以让摄像头看清孩子的面部。光线不足、角度异常或面部被遮挡时，摄像头引导的效果会变差 —— 这是技术的固有限制，不是缺陷。

6隐私

我们的隐私政策说明了本应用如何处理你家人的信息。相机画面绝不离开设备。

7可用性与功能变更

我们可能会更新、调整或停止某些功能。我们不承诺应用始终可用或永不出错，也不承诺任何特定功能会一直免费或一直提供。

若本条款发生重大变更，我们会更新上方的日期，并在本页面发布修订后的版本。在此之后继续使用本应用，即表示你接受该变更。

8免责声明

牙刷刷按「现状」与「现有」提供，在法律允许的最大范围内，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括对特定用途适用性与不侵权的保证。

9责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本应用而产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据丢失承担责任。对于依法不能免除的责任，我们的总责任以你在索赔发生前十二个月内为本应用支付的金额为限。

本条款不限制你依据所在国家/地区强制性消费者法律所享有的权利。

10终止

你可以随时卸载本应用以停止使用。若你严重违反本条款 —— 例如试图规避订阅系统 —— 我们可能暂停或终止你的访问。

11适用法律

本条款适用中华人民共和国（大陆）法律，争议由该司法管辖区的法院管辖。

本条款中的任何内容 —— 包括本条 —— 都不影响你作为消费者依据居住国强制性法律所享有的任何权利。如果你居住在中国大陆以外，你也可以在自己居住国的法院提起诉讼。
